Free to play
Every new player can start playing for free. You begin with complimentary RTC and can keep earning more — by watching a rewarded ad, inviting friends, and (coming soon) sharing Roletopia on social media. You never have to pay to begin a story.
RTC tokens
RTC (Roletopia Tokens) are the in-app currency you spend to unlock story content. Earn them for free or buy bundles in the app — larger bundles offer better value. RTC is how you open new stories and paths at your own pace.
Chat tokens & AI co-star chat
Talking with your co-stars — by text or by voice — draws on a separate chat-token balance. Keeping story unlocks and conversations on different balances means you can spend on whatever you enjoy most, whether that's exploring more stories or going deeper in conversation.
Standard & Premium subscriptions
Prefer to play without thinking about tokens? Optional Standard and Premium subscriptions give you a recurring allowance plus member benefits, with Premium adding more on top of Standard. Subscriptions are entirely optional — the catalog is fully playable without one.
How unlocking works
Spend RTC to unlock a story or a path; once it's unlocked it stays in your library to replay and explore. Converting between RTC and chat tokens happens in the app at the current rate, so you're always in control of how you spend.
